Telehealth visits using eGlobalDoctors may or may not be covered by your insurance depending on the provider and plan you have. Most insurance companies provide coverage for telemedicine services but oftentimes do not cover the cost of second opinion consultations. Contact your insurance provider to see if they provide coverage for such services.
All of eGlobalDoctor's services are available without insurance. You will be charged to your credit card when you book a consultation .

Once you apply for refund, it will be processed in 8-10 working days.
Patients can miss up to 40% of their session time without (i.e. arrive late) and nevertheless continue to log on for their scheduled visit. The patient will then have the ability to complete the remaining 60% of their scheduled visit. The session will end at the originally scheduled time.
Depending on the availability of doctors , you can reschedule the appointment through your dashboard or you can drop an email regarding the same to support@eglobaldoctors.com
You can join the consultation by clicking the join Zoom option under "Upcoming Appointments" from the patient dashboard which will be displayed 15 minutes before and after appointment time. You can also find the join Zoom option in the "Track Request" section in the dashboard.
You can schedule appointments as per your requirements. For any kind of specialty you can select either Primary Consultation, Expert Second Opinion, Multi-Speciality, Diet and Nutrition or Follow-Up.
Standard appointments are 30 minutes long, But may vary depending on the reason for the visit.
You can upload the lab reports and medical history to your eGlobalDoctor’s profile.On the dashboard click on upload medical details. You can choose the type of record you want to upload.
Yes. Patients must cancel a scheduled session at least 72 hours in advance of the session in order to receive a full refund. If the session is not canceled before that time, the patient will be responsible for a missed session fee or the fees the patient’s insurer or other payor would have otherwise paid for the scheduled services had they taken place.
Yes, after the consultation is closed; you can get a prescription.
Login to your account. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click on the reports and select the patient. All the reports , and prescriptions related to the patient will be listed. You can proceed to print the required prescription.
We have partnered with sheger pharmacy to provide you with prescribed medications. Presently, this service is available only to patients residing in Georgia, USA (See the address and contact details on the prescription). for other regions, you can download the prescription and get the medications from a pharmacy near you.
For patients from Georgia, USA you can pick up your prescription from sheger pharmacy (See the address and contact details on the prescription). The information shared with the pharmacy is adhering to HIPAA compliance (See our privacy policy). You can always opt to get medicines from a pharmacy of your choice.
