Free Membership- The membership for eGlobalDoctors is currently free of cost. You can add members of your family or friends to your profile. The membership enables you to avail the features of the platform like Book a consultation, Health passport, Doctor’s reports,Message center,etc.

Upload Medical Details- Before Booking an appointment with an expert, You need to upload all your medical details like previous medical history, lab reports,scans, x-rays etc. The doctor will go through your medical details prior and during your consultation

Expert Physician Consultation - Choose your consultation type and fill out the consultation form. Book an appointment with Board Certified Expert doctors from USA,UK,Canada, India and Australia

Doctors Reports -After the consultation, you can view the doctors reports and download prescription of the consultation

Yes! Using our health passport you can do that , Simply log into the patient portal to print or download your medical records. You can download medical records as PDF documents, as they are easy to keep or share with your physician.

Yes, eGlobalDoctors is strongly committed to protecting the privacy and security of all our patients. The online portal meets all requirements for protecting personal health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In addition, eGlobalDoctors does not store any credit card information in their system. All financial transactions are processed securely using industry standard payment processing tools.

Payment related questions

Telehealth visits using eGlobalDoctors may or may not be covered by your insurance depending on the provider and plan you have. Most insurance companies provide coverage for telemedicine services but oftentimes do not cover the cost of second opinion consultations. Contact your insurance provider to see if they provide coverage for such services.

All of eGlobalDoctor's services are available without insurance. You will be charged to your credit card when you book a consultation .

On the dashboard

  1. Click on track request
  2. Choose a patient you want a refund for.
  3. Select a record for refund.
  4. Click refund and done.

Onces you apply for refund then your refund will be processed , in 8-10 working days.

Appointment related questions

Patients can miss up to 40% of their session time without (i.e. arrive late) and nevertheless continue to log on for their scheduled visit. The patient will then have the ability to complete the remaining 60% of their scheduled visit. The session will end at the originally scheduled time.

Depending on the availability of doctors , you can reschedule the appointment through your dashboard or you can drop an email regarding the same to support@eglobaldoctors.com

Yes , after a consultation is done you can get a prescription. Click on doctor reports in the dashboard and select the patient you want the prescription for. All the reports regarding the patient will be listed.

You can schedule appointments as per your requirements. For any kind of specialty you can select either Primary Consultation, Expert Second Opinion, Multi-Speciality, or Follow-Up.

Standard appointments are 30 minutes long, But may vary depending on the reason for the visit.

You can upload the lab reports and medical history to your eGlobalDoctor’s profile.On the dashboard click on upload medical details. You can choose the type of record you want to upload.

Yes. Patients must cancel a scheduled session at least 72 hours in advance of the session in order to receive a full refund. If the session is not canceled before that time, the patient will be responsible for a missed session fee or the fees the patient’s insurer or other payor would have otherwise paid for the scheduled services had they taken place.

You should never use telehealth services for suspected medical emergencies. For signs of heart attack or stroke, trouble breathing, head trauma, loss of consciousness, or other urgent conditions, always call 911 for immediate medical assistance.

If your condition only needs medication we will transmit the prescription (written by a licensed physician) of required medication to close by or your preferred pharmacy . But if your condition requires any sort of procedure, then you will work with our network doctors or give you guidance where to go for the procedure. Medical procedures obviously require a person-to-person interaction with a healthcare provider, but the telehealth visit can get you started down the right path to receive right management and the intervention if you need.
